Privacy Policy
Last updated August 17, 2026.
The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run an account and a subscription. We do not sell your data, we run no advertising networks, and our analytics are cookieless and cannot follow you across other sites.
1. Who we are
SGPLab is operated by S&P Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Jersey. In this policy, “SGPLab”, “we” and “us” mean that company. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
Privacy questions and data requests: [email protected].
2. What we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address, your name if you provide one, and the authentication identifiers our identity provider needs to sign you in. If you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google), we receive the basic profile information that provider releases — never your password.
Billing information
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. We retain the subscription status, plan, billing country and the last four digits and card brand that our payment processor reports back, because we need them to know what you are entitled to and to answer billing questions.
Usage and technical data
We use privacy-preserving analytics that record page views, referrers and approximate country without cookies and without a persistent identifier that follows you between sites. Our servers also keep ordinary request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, URL) for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
Betslip screenshots
Parlay Shuffle accepts a screenshot of a betslip. When you upload one, the image is sent to our AI provider to read the legs off it, and the recognized result is returned to you. We do not retain the image from an ordinary upload.
There is one exception, and it is worth being explicit about: if you press one of the “Report” buttons to tell us a slip was read incorrectly, we store that screenshot together with what we read from it, so we can diagnose the failure and improve recognition accuracy. Do not report a slip that contains information you do not want us to keep.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want your sportsbook credentials, your account balances, or your wagering history from any sportsbook. Nothing in SGPLab places, brokers or settles a bet.
3. Data stored in your browser
Some things stay on your device and are never transmitted to us: your betslip selections, tool preferences, and interface state are held in your browser’s local storage. Clearing your browser data removes them.
The only cookies we set are the strictly necessary ones our identity provider uses to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We set no advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why you are not being shown a consent banner.
4. How we use it
- To create and operate your account and keep you signed in.
- To determine what your subscription entitles you to, and to take payment for it.
- To provide the tool output you request, including reading an uploaded betslip screenshot.
- To keep the service working and secure — debugging, rate limiting, and preventing abuse.
- To send you service messages about your account, billing, or material changes to the service.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and tools are used, so we know what to build next.
We do not use your personal information to train AI models, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers.
5. Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the product. Each one only receives what it needs for its function, and each is bound to protect it.
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| Clerk | Account creation, login, and session management |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing |
| Cloudflare | Content delivery, bot protection, and privacy-preserving analytics |
| Anthropic | Reading the legs off a betslip screenshot you upload to Parlay Shuffle |
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where necessary to investigate fraud or protect the rights and safety of users or the service. If the business is ever sold or merged, account information may transfer as part of that transaction; this policy travels with it.
6. How long we keep it
Account information is kept for as long as your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes and meet legal and accounting obligations. Billing records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are kept for a short operational window. Reported betslip screenshots are kept until they are no longer useful for improving recognition, and can be deleted sooner on request.
7. Your choices and rights
You can access and update your account details from within your account, and you can close your account at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing, or ask us not to sell or share it (we do neither). Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Closing your account does not automatically reverse charges already made — see the Terms for how billing and cancellation work.
8. Security
Authentication, session management and payment handling are delegated to established providers rather than built in-house, which is the single largest thing we do to keep your information safe. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you as required by law.
9. Age
SGPLab is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18, or under 21 where that is the minimum age to place a sports wager. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under those ages. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
We operate from the United States and our providers process data there. If you use SGPLab from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use SGPLab after a change means you accept the updated policy.
