About SGPLab
Infrastructure and methodology for people who bet same-game parlays with math.
· What this is
SGPLab joins two things that normally live apart: what sportsbooks priced, and what actually happened. Every tool here grades a real closing line against a real box score, so a hit rate, a return or a correlation is anchored to a number you could have bet.
The focus is same-game parlays specifically, because that is where the pricing is least transparent. When a book quotes an SGP it is charging you for the correlation between the legs — and the only way to know whether that charge is fair is to measure how those legs actually move together. That measurement is the product.
· The standard we hold it to
The easiest thing to build in this space is a leaderboard of profitable-looking results. It is also almost always wrong: rank anything by realized profit and the top of the board is whoever got luckiest. We have run that check on our own ideas repeatedly, and published the answer when it came back negative.
So the rules here are:
- Sample size travels with the number. A rate without an n is not a finding.
- A result indistinguishable from chance is reported as such — even when it would make a better screenshot.
- Every number carries its sample. A rate always ships with the record behind it, so you can tell a real signal from a twelve-game fluke without taking our word for it.

· Who runs it
SGPLab is built and operated by S&P Solutions LLC, TBD: one-line founder bio. It is independent — not affiliated with any league, team or sportsbook, and it sells no picks and takes no wagers.
